You never have to wait long after sign in and everyone there is really nice. Getting an appointment is easy and you get the time you want normally. They made it an easy transition with the braces and I'm sure they will with the retainer! They also made it easy for me to get a mouth guard for lacrosse and it's kind of hard to do that for braces.
